Sparta Construction started in the foyer, stripping of 100 years of paint down to the original metal door frames, putting in new trim, painting and adding wallpaper. And the entry way is gorgeous! We then moved on to the same work in the hallway, brought them back to do window trim, then bedroom baseboards and now they're in the living room working on a shelf system that’s turning out to be JUST GREAT!I am so glad I found these guys! Juan is a genius at stripping paint off old metal door frames and Roberto is a master carpenter, making magic around my windows and baseboards.. I started buying, renovating, and managing my own apartments in NYC in 1994. Then in 2004, I began restoring entire buildings in Harlem and OMIT (even) made it to the cover of the NY Times Sunday Real Estate section as a Broadway Actor -turned - Real Estate Developer.

I enjoy doing for my clients what I still do for myself - building beautiful things that I love long after I’m finished. My team is made up of not only expertly talented workers, but incredibly nice guys as well. The crews I bring to your home are the ones I use in mine.
