Smaller projects, a rental apartment turn-over or just a long-standing To-Do List are sometimes our favorite jobs. New closets and built-ins, old floors patched and refinished. We strip paint from woodwork, patch and skim walls and can do what most other guys walk away from or simply do poorly.
